Chama Inteligente, Lda runs ShopIntake and is responsible for the personal data described here.

What we collect

• Purchase orders you upload. These can include names, emails and addresses of people at your customers. We read each one and return the results. We never keep the document itself. The free demo keeps nothing. For customers on a plan, we keep the order as it was read (customer, PO number, lines, prices, dates and the verdict) so it shows in your account, along with your part list and prices.
• Invoice requests. The email, shop name and message you type into the form.
• Payment details. Your name, billing address, email and tax ID, which Stripe collects at checkout. We never see your full card or bank number.

The site has no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Why

We use this data to provide the service you asked for, to bill you, and to issue the certified invoices that Portuguese law requires. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

• Anthropic and TypeSafe, whose AI models read the purchase orders. They process each document only to answer our request. Anthropic does not train its models on data sent through its API.
• Vercel, which hosts the site and stores invoice requests, payment records, customer accounts and their order history.
• Stripe, which takes payments.
• Resend, which sends our notification emails.
• Our accountant in Portugal, who issues invoices.

Some of these companies are in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Purchase order documents are not kept after processing. For customers, the order data read from them is kept while the account is open and deleted when you ask, or within 12 months after the account closes. Sign-in links and sessions are stored only as one-way hashes and expire within 30 days. Invoice requests from people who never buy are deleted after 12 months. Payment and invoice records are kept for 10 years, as Portuguese tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. If you think we handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).
